If you have faulty wiring or need a telephone extension moving we can undertake all work at a competitive rate, we charge £50 for the first hour [including diagnosis] plus parts. Most faults are found with-in the first hour of diagnostic survey.

Compared this with BT charges of £116 per hour for the first hour then £99 per hour thereafter or part of, not including parts.
